Invoking rituals (pentagram/hexagram)

Hello.

I would like to ask something about the invoking Hexagram and Pentagram rituals of the golden dawn

From all the material I could read, I found pretty vague the whole "practical work with the invoked energy" thing.

Here, on this website :

So, what exactly are we supposed to do once the energies of the rituals are invoked ?

Personally, If I want to create a change on oneself, I would direct the energy of the ritual in him.

But what If I want to operate a change on reality ? Like attracting wealth ? I should invoke Jupiter, but what am I supposed to do with the energy ? Sending it directly into the reality along with my intent ?
