Energy manipulation.

So I did something interesting. I've been working with energy and one of the things I've done was stock pile this dark energy (energy that feels negative or generally shitty) into this necklace I have. well near the end of my day I had put some more in which lead to a feeling that energy was starting to leak out the top (I was adding energy through the bottom. So I thought well I'll absorb what's there, it'll make me tired and feel shitty but it has to go somewhere and I'm used to handling this kind of thing so worse case scenario I feel depressed. I absorb the energy as to make the neaklace useful again and as expected I feel very negative but soon it progresses to me feeling pretty sick. I start coughing as if I was sick and my body felt drained like as if I was getting sick really fast. it's been about 20min now and besides for the negative feelings I had expected and am used to I feel fine. I thought this was interesting to report. This was the first time negative energy had a physiological impact.

I don't doubt your experience by any means, but make sure you rule out any psychological causes before you instantly claim that it's effects were all physiological. The placebo is a ridiculously powerful effect, that can be shown in a number of ways.

To share a small story of sorts, however;
I have two small stones, like marbles, one of which is yellowish-tan and clear lines allowing you to see through it, running along all sides,
and the other is solid black with similar clear lines, but instead of being able to see through them, they're colored blue and green blends.
The yellowish stone I use to implant any good, positive feelings I have, and the black, any negative feelings, anger, sorrow, etc.
I have the idea that this somehow keeps my feelings in neutral balance. Who knows if it works.
I can say however, that when holding each on my hands, they give me a certain distinct gut feeling. I can name it anything but that.
I could tell you which stone is which simple by resting my hands several inches over them, with my eyes closed.
Another interesting thing I've noticed, the yellow stone seems to be getting larger, while the black stone seems to be darkening in its green and blue parts.
I was pretty sure I memorized the stones pretty well when I'd gotten them. I've spent hours staring at them. But I'm human. I could have false memories of the stones being different, or simply remember them wrong.
However, this is just what I've noticed.
Working directly with your own ki is definitely a unique experience when it comes to some of the more common practices, and I really enjoy seeing just how much I can influence with my will and energy alone.

Why didn't you just put the "negative energy" in a different object instead of absorbing it?

My work with person energy and stones has been a bit different. I was using a Shiva Lingam stone and sending all my negative energy to it to be transmuted. Citrine is supposed to do similar things.

My roomate used to mess around in occult studies, and in his experiments with personal energy work, he'd implant all of his negative emotions into a singular object, I think a stone of some sort. After several months of this, he was focusing intently on the object and it suddenly shattered, probably overflown with energy.
Just another small story I thought I'd share.
I head this from hearsay, I was not there to witness the event.

I make a lot of my own jelewry from stones, beads and crystals. I can't tell you how often they get overloaded and break or burst right off.
