Talking Shadows?

Hi again everyone!

So I recently befriended a very intelligent girl who has had some odd experiences. When she was young, she claims that her shadow used to talk to her and that she'd talk back for hours on end. Her mother just sat and watched, bewildered. As she grew up, she meditated and attempted to lucid dream and astral project. At 15 she gave up but still saw this patch of intense blackness in her room at night, darker than anything else. She'd have rapid visions and the intense desire to write them down. She finished writing and showed her mom who was mind blown and her mom showed her friends, one of them very Christian. Of course the Christian said that she needed to shut out these dark spirits and that she needed to stop going down this road.

I asked her if she ever felt threatened or a negative energy when she was having these visions or talking to the shadows but she said no, just filled with a powerful energy making her that weird mix of hyper and anxious. She also went on to describe the entities she saw in her short visions: "A congregation of not completely human people shrouded in white who were rejected by humanity but sought to protect them." She also said that they were very pale with bright eyes and lived n the forests of Northern Germany.

What kind of entities could they be? Why would they want to contact her?
