Help with evocation/invocations of geotic demond

Post by Thomas button »

So i have been doing a lot of research on this and reading books like lesser keys of Solomon bit i have hit a barrier i have reached the point where i feel i can summon a demon but the issue is all ways of doing a evocation/invocation seem to be conflicting i was hoping to hear from someone who has had a success on how they did it using what steps, i have compiled a list of geotic demons from lesser keys of solomon i think would best be suited to me and the reason i would like to summon one, also if someone feels i should remove on of these demons from my list and why i would like to know.

When it comes to conflicting methods, yeah you'll find that a lot in the magus.

Practice different methods and see what works for you- if 2 methods seem to conflict then pick one randomly, try it. If it works for you great if not move onto the next one.

Especially when you're starting out try out as much as possible. However, and I cannot stress this enough.

BE SAFE.

I've got to be honest, the Goetic demons (well, not really demons but that's an essay for another time), are not to be messed around with lightly and I wouldn't recommend it for beginners. Don't fall into the trap of treating a grimoire like a catalogue of entities to summon and do your bidding (not saying you are personally).

In reality, invocation and Evocation are some of the most advanced things you can do, to make things more complicated, a step higher and I learned that evocations is pretty much just invocation! But really you shouldn't be messing around with things like that. Generally I have a rule. If someone needs to ask how to Invoke/Evoke, they aren't experienced enough to do it safely. Of course at some point you need to find the information, but it's all there in the grimoires. See the point I'm making?

I would recommend you take a step back before you do irreversible damage and take the proper steps- there's no shame in learning to walk before you can run.

However I will finish by saying this, it is a promising sign that you said
also if someone feels i should remove on of these demons from my list and why i would like to know
You're asking the right questions, not going all " I'M A WIZARD GIMME SOME DEMONS" as many former beginners, who are know former in every sense of the word, did. Having done work, and seen others go wrong with these entities, I would really stay away until you are more experienced.

Those are my 2 cents.
