my recent small experience with third chakra

i just started working on third chakra ( i use raw directing energy, no color,no mantra,no mudra) and i have to tell you, from the start it is totally weird.
i mean you work with small vibrations all the time many or little, but after you active this. you just feel like a motorcycle is working inside your body. [crazy] . i mean everything i have worked with till now were just small vibrations. but this damn third chakra's energy.it is not high frequency, but has really high vibration domains that gets mixed up with other energies. it's just so much fun. why people don't mention this chakra much.

What you are experiencing is actually pretty normal when working with the Solar chakra as this energy center is most resonant with your physical body and is primarily concerned with your 3rd dimensional experience. So strong vibrations are a sign you are actualy doing some energy work there. From the 4th up it gets a little more vague with the physical feelings.

But please be careful not to overdo it as there is such a thing as an overactive chakra. Try to flow that energy to other energy centers aswell so you do not create energetic blockages which can cause much harm to your body and soul. Balancing and alligning your centers will give you abilities in controling your body and also your enviroment which is truly our divine gift and should be used with wisdom or your Divine self will cut you off again.
