Seeing and talking to demons.
Seeing and talking to demons.
I have been seeing and talking to various demons for about four years now. I am not sure if my experiences are authentic or schizophrenic symptoms like my doctors tell me. I see demons that claim to be high ranking and only a few say I am important to them. They are two dimensional in form and paper thin but I see them as images outside of my head quite vividly most of the time. I hear them as very distinct voices in my head all day long.
I have read a few old occult reprints throughout the years and use to practice rituals the possible hallucinations taught me. I am wondering if someone could give me some insight into what I am experiencing.

Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
Do you have any other hallucinations? I ask this because if that's the case, the cause is probably more psychological. Hearing voices in your head all day long is a very serious issue, and perhaps you should try the medical treatment that is proposed to you by doctors first and see if it all goes away. It is more appropriate to rule out any mental disorder before seriously considering occult theories.Warlord3 wrote:I have been seeing and talking to various demons for about four years now. What's required is that you actually find a way to prove to yourself (and us) that what you are seeing and hearing is real, as opposed to a medical condition. I think you know it'd be in your own best interest to do so first.

Sorry to say, but that does sound more like mental health issues then demonology.

Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
It is really disappointing to hear that this is more likely psychological than real supernatural experiences. I used to experience tactile hallucinations but that was years ago. I have been seeing doctors and therapists almost my entire life , I am almost 30. Visiting these so called mental health professionals for years has only made things worse. I can't believe I have to live with extremely malicious imaginary beings for the rest of my life. I love my imaginary demon daughter though, so that's a consolation.Sam. wrote:Do you have any other hallucinations? I ask this because if that's the case, the cause is probably more psychological. Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
I can understand you in a way, I have a close relative of mine who suffers from schizofrenia. In his case, he was hallucinating, had thought disorder and grandiose delusion (GD) but since he was diagnosed and put on treatment, his mental health is a lot more stable.Warlord3 wrote:It is really disappointing to hear that this is more likely psychological than real supernatural experiences. Antipsychotic drugs and healthy habits are probably your best chance to live a normal life at this point.
Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
I personally don't believe there is a separation between the spirits/demons/angels and the imagination, I think that they are one in the same. After all the imagination is not something we have absolute control of, "imagining" something is a difficult task and if I really wanted to imagine something vividly then I might perform the exact same act which somebody else regards as being the ritual for invoking that figure quite literally.
I'm no doctor, but I'd suggest trying to contain these spirits you feel are talking to by detailing them in a journal, then reflecting upon how these spirits/demons relate personally to you. It certainly seems to me that much of old texts on things such as the control of demons are indeed people dealing with mental illnesses in ancient times.
The method employed to control demonic forces is, generally speaking, to inquire and document as much as you can about them, understanding their motives and actions, then you could pray to some figure of light to help you counter whatever malicious emotions or habits that demonic figure has. After sometime you may arrive at a point of having a true understanding of that demon, and bound that nature with the appropriate virtue of light, if you are keeping a demon around because you want to curse someone then thing about forgiveness, you need to work out your own problems first of all.
I could come at you from the scientific angle to, which is that your "demons" are merely externalizations of problems within yourself, but it's kind of pointless saying that, if you've externalized a problem you can't deal with then forcing you to internalize it is just going to make you more upset (that's why you externalized it in the first place).
You're probably going to have to find contentment in the fact that you are not a messiah or otherwise godly being, if you don't work with the forces of light then you aren't using half of your potential and I don't know what sort of God/Jesus/Buddha/Vishnu etc figure appeals to you to symbolizes humility compassion and contentment, but work with that so that you can calm down your psychic agitation. Maybe think of some mantras about peacefulness, forgiveness, patience and being good to others, cos it sounds like you got a lot of baggage you need to work out in your head.

Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
Well, I would lie if I would say that I ever saw manifested demon in 3D, but I never had a chance to take a closer look myself. Back then I was a child and I just fled because I just encountered a monster from all those scary stories my grandmother used to tell me. Later in my life, I was in serious spiritual change which made me reluctant to investigate this phenomena further. I know that my demonic manifestations were real and not as other person thinks, derived from imagination. First of all, true demonic manifestation will force you a feeling of dread, at least at very start. Your mind will struggle to comprehend that it's seeing and will scream to you: ''does not compute!''. It often manifests in fear and terror which quickly overwhelms your mind if you did not mentally reinforced yourself. Second, demonic entities tend to ''speak'' with intentions and visions. Their words if they speak are of almost secondary importance to the emotional background with which they enrich their voices. Often you might notice that you comprehend a language which you do not know at all purely out of sheer intention and emotion that this voice teems with. There are of course other tell signs like air temperature dropping, your room changing like for me, hell fires were burning just behind my door (with windows) and they were intensifying from a little light source which could be confused with something else to an overwhelming light in my door's windows. This is just one example of how they can change your surroundings.
Demons you meet might want to spare you from such bravado or trickery, but if they are real and if you are truly important to them, ask them to manifest something in real world. Movement of objects, divination of coming events, people readings which they are good at. The best way to test anything magickal is to demand physical proof of it. To force correlation between cause and effect. If they fail to cause it despite their bravado, then it's probably just a medical condition.
I personally highly doubt that you would be contacted by high-ranking demons and told that you are of great importance to them. Even ones who fancy themselves to be mortal gods often are just source of amusement and manipulation to them. How you told your story seems to suggest that lesser of those two options are true. While it might be medical condition, it still does not mean that magick or spiritual healing will not help. Magick first of all is control of your mind, for example, I recently beated shaky hand syndrome as quickly as it had started. How I did that? Through the control of my mind, I had pressed my main nerves to ignore random firing of my nerves in my palms. Even if my palms felt like being tickled from inside, I did stabilized my hands with force of my will. Same could be done by you. With force of will you can vanquish these entities if you would just train to do it long and hard enough.
For me, drugs and hospitals are torture houses. Medicaments, especially ones who are prescribed for your mind like ones who can help you to relax, help you sleep or even worse - to treat some nervous disease are really painful. It changes you, makes just a shadow of yourself. Doctors know just one thing well - how to crush your will to fight the fight.

Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
I really appreciate the posts that have been made. When I was in a state hospital for committing a crime these "beings" almost force me to commit. One of the "patients" said to me, while I was turning a meal into a two hour ritual. "All you do is practice black magic and you're vicious. "My entire life is just consumed by my imagination. I have had some very intense and psychotic bizarre experiences. I would say my dabbling in witchcraft has only made my life way worse and I hope this is all just all in my head because it has all been chiefly negative.
All these so called hospitals and jails for me have just been guilds for me. It seems to me these mental institutions are modern day Nazi encampments for witches. All the medication and treatment has just killed any type of sorcery, I thought I used to be able to do.

Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
They certainly do that. Heck, I think that they are actually cause of my long healing periods since the moment I go there for treatments, my spiritual health deteriorates and I enter to mental torture too. After that, my body stops fighting whatever it was fighting and thus the only solution becomes their lousy treatments.
I do not think that you have much option to choose, but natural medicine, white magick meant to protect, stabilize might be that you need. Even though, the level of your condition might remove this possibility. You see, demons revel in those institutions because doctors do their job for them. They weaken the host and leave their victim highly suspectible. Without any intervention from outside, they torture victim and only solution brought by doctors is essentially sedatives. In this case I have possessed patients being healed in psychotherapists for years only to miraculously heal through the evening then some old dude wearing ceremonial dress shouts some words at you. In other words - exorcism.
I do not want to offer you a wrong path, but I suggest for you to build your own strength back by little achievements. You can begin from meditation, achieving inner comfort and tranquility and later following to barriers and spells. I mean it not some single spell or few weeks of meditation. I mean the long process of achieving control over your mind and restoring your confidence in yourself. It's a scientific fact that then a person have confidence in itself to overcome something, then any treatment is far more effective. And vice versa, if a person does not expect to get better or die, treatment has statistically considerably greater chance to fail. Same goes to you, first you have to acknowledge that they have no control over you. Then this statements begins to be imprinted in your psyche as a fact, then it will become a truth.

Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
In your case, Christianity and baptism might be just that you might need. Find a patron if you need to or if you already follow it then repent. Also, a good priest is essential here. If this is from supernatural sources, then you will receive additional protection from salvation which will follow. If supernatural was not the cause and same ''things'' continues without any difference then it's just more likely that it's all in your head. But if I would you, I would not write this off as just a mental problem. Demons are damn cunning and they want you to believe that, because then they deny their existence it's then they get free reign to do that they wish without any resistance.

Hearing about christianity literally makes me sick to my stomach. I used to piss on, burn bibles and dance on graves. The dark and left handed path is the only way for me. I see multiple grim reapers that threaten me with darkest hells and I laugh at that absurd fate. I actually look forward to my life becoming full of more dark, disturbing, tormenting and gory imagery.
I do think meditation would be good for me and keeping a journal about my dialogue with these forces.I'm almost ready to reduce everything I have experienced to garbage and take a serious look ,at true Luciferianism and experience real demonology.
Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
Well, that was an easy path out. It's up to you to decide to dwell further if you desire so.

Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
There is a simple way to check this - anti-psychotic drugs. If you still see these demons on anti-psychotics then they may well be some form of spiritual entities. You could also do what I do - ask the demons the answer to a question you don't know the answer to yourself, but can find out through research such as the name of a specific historical figure who achieved something. If you can receive such information, and then verify it, that would also be a good way to confirm if these entities are inside or outside of your head.
Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
Anti-psychotics drugs are no miracle. They destroy your psychic capabilities as default and thus any spiritual experiences would significantly weaken or be suppressed despite own current situation. These drugs bring salvation only through obliteration of self and in this way, demonic entities seem to be also cease to torture person at least to some degree. I tell you this from exorcism experiences how drugs just pacify individual and despite months or years of aggressive treatment, some old dude in the dress shouting bullshit manages to cure person in one evening. Of course, if it's solely psychological issue, such drugs would quickly show it since these creatures frequency will be directly correlated with drugs usage. But I think in this case, there was not such direct correlation or a OP would just take his meds and would live in peace.
Asking them for answers are highly unreliable too. Demons are generally cunning and predatory. If their mission here is to torture person and it fits them for him to think of them as psychological disease, they will mislead him.

Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
Ummm.. no. I'm sorry Calcifier, but your views of what demons are seems to be wholly based around a very RHP pseudo-Christian view of them. I take Seroquel every day to get to sleep and I have no problems with my 'psychic capabilities' - if anything this has helped me differentiate between what is real and what is my imagination. You may wish to look deeper into the origin of the word 'Demon' too in regards to their capacity for providing knowledge. I personally am beginning to tire of this paradigm bashing, and this insistence that your way, and only yours, is the correct one. It is also against forum rules to continue to push your own opinions when the original poster has stated that they aren't interested in converting to a set religion - provide an option, dont push an ultimatum.
Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
I did not pushed any paradigm any more than you did yourself, so instead of writing someone's else opinion as some sort of bashing and preaching, you should look at that you are doing yourself first.
First of all, it highly depends of that kind of drugs he takes. They are not all created equally, but if you would had been under treatment which my friends, family were and how I was healed in hospital myself, you will agree with me that this treatment is just another form of torture on the individual. For example, PTSD is treated it with certain sedatives. They force your body to sleep at defined periods. You will exhausted and tired even after waking up of 16 hours of sleep. Even at reduced doses, those drugs seem to have negative effects on your capabilities in the dream world since it forces dreamless dreams upon you. Second, different kind of psychotic drugs works by inhibiting brain functions. They use inhibitors which at the cell level makes individual cells far less likely to fire up. Neurons no longer excite other neurons and any thinking or experiences become self-consuming rather than self-feeding. Those drugs make you a zombie with no joy or happiness. My family rightfully refuse similar meditation quietly since the dosage and effects of it are just insane.
In your case, you might be taking lower dosages of weaker medicament. Treatment at home is completely different than treatment in hospital or any similar institution which I thought was OP's case.
What is RHP? And how my views about demon relates to pseudo-Christian view?
I did not questioned demon's capacity to provide knowledge. I'm questioning their motives to do so. If he is tormented by them, why they would provide him a proof of their existence then it ill-suits them? You did not took their motivation into account which I tried to warn him about. After all, it won't be a first time then a demon or spirit told a lie?
Also, how I tried to convert him to something? I told him that Christianity is a great option and why, he rejected. That was all. If you read other post of my, you will find eventually that I hate Christianity myself, so I'm least motivated to convert people to it. If I appear pushy and bashy this is because of my aggressive personality. I do not target any group or individual which I could had done that already, but I'm not shy to tell them why I think they are wrong. Same as I did with you, I said why I think psychotic drugs are no miracle and why you should not trust demons who are meant to do you harm.

I have been treated for PTSD, Schizophrenia, and a whole raft of other psychiatric conditions. Your assuming that I haven't is insulting, as is your telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about. I dream under anti-psychotics, and I have taken basically all of them from Haloperidol to Ziprasidone. I am never tired as long as I sleep at least eight hours, and have no problem waking up. I was institutionalised three times for periods of up to two months at a time, and I think I know enough about this topic to see that you are using just your own families experiences with such things as a be all and end all to the topic as a whole.Calicifer wrote: First of all, it highly depends of that kind of drugs he takes. Right Hand Path - very common term in the occult, you might want to look it up. Your views on demons are those popularly accepted by the Christian church that they are the adversary, not simply gods from various pantheons that became demonized by either the Israelite's as they conquered their enemies, and then the early Christians as they did the same thing - this isnt a view point, this is a historical fact.Calicifer wrote: What is RHP? I don't work with demons that lie to me, I get enough of that from people.Calicifer wrote: I did not questioned demon's capacity to provide knowledge. I'm questioning their motives to do so. You may wish to look at how you express your opinions, and not make claims as to their factuality unless you can back them up with evidence that doesnt just include your own experiences. Failure to do so will cause flame wars and see you get banned. Thats just a friendly reminder.Calicifer wrote: Also, how I tried to convert him to something? Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
And that is wrong with that? That I said about Christianity are methods which work and it's just another form of magick, but it works at seeking protection from other entities and sealing our mind from ones who plague him. He did not liked that path, so I did not pushed it anymore. If I would had went further, then it would be pushing your own paradigm to him as now you accuse me of doing so.
My quote which you took meant that it was an easy way out rest of it, it was you who put meaning into my words. If demons are indeed plaguing him, the easiest way for a person to protect himself is in fact apply for Christianity. He lacks inner strength and force of will to successfully resist them if they are assaulting him in such fashion. That's why he is being tormented by them to begin with. Now you would propose him in actually dabbling in magick then individual does not have stability, strength and tranquility of the mind? Not only he needs to learn the arts, also he needs to construct strong barriers under their direct supervision.
Enjoy taste of your own medicine. You assumed that I do not know that I'm talking about. I merely returned favor in kind. That is most interesting, you use your own experience instead of multiple experiences that I have. While yes, I did not had to be treated directly for such things, my 'gifted' friends had to and they did suffered from everything I had said in the hospital while I had to take similar drugs for different purposes. Home treatment is far less aggressive though, but they still tend to give you drugs which dampen your psychic potential. Sucking passion out of life, making thinking difficult or making you sleepy will reduce your psychic potential whatever you like it or not.
Oh, you meant right hand path. So, that's inherently wrong with RHP? It seems that you have inherent dislike for it and suggestion to seek such path is repulsive to you. Yes, I know about their crimes, but that does not change a fact that OP is surrounded by entities which mean him wrong. Do you think it's a prime time for a weak person to call up aid from a supernatural world? We often question entities who came to us and if they are not lying. For him, those entities are the only ones who are nearby him. Guess who will show up first to ''help'' him.
You could do the same. As I saw now 99% cases of here relies on trust that individual did had experiences everything he had said and that he knows that he is speaking about. I'm yet to see a thread on this forum who would provide a proof of that is being told. I also completely fail to notice any proof coming from yourself about that you are saying. As it stands now, it's you who had started or wish to start flame war just because I dared to have different opinion than yours.

Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
I do not want to fight at all. It's OP's topic and we had derailed it enough as it's. Despite that you saw in my comment is true or not, I'm sorry for that.

Re: Seeing and talking to demons.
This is a worthwhile discussion.
I do actually think that perhaps the OP's perception of demons may come from a Christianised concept of 'what demons are' and how they are constructed, so the suggestion of fighting against them using a Christian paradigm, as Calcifer has suggested, isn't all that far fetched, relatively speaking?'
