I found this message in the parking garage at my school and it seems to be written in blood with a handprint under it. I can't make out what it says/means and would really like to know.
Does anyone know what this is???

It looks like elder futhark but it's not done correctly, and it doesn't actually spell out anything.

Since it's at a school, I'm sure it's just some kids that found something in a videogame or roleplaying manual and thought it looked cool.

If my cryptography is correct, this says 'egerurfur'.
Since it's written in Runes, I assume it doesn't need to actually spell a word. In fact, that could, potentially, be a real word, in some dirt-poor language that I don't know or understand. It could easily be a spell.

However, I agree with your explanation. It seems the most likely. Still doesn't mean it's not a spell.

Odd enough, google keeps wanting to write it as "edge surfer", and it's dicking with my searches. Nothing notable on searching it.

It doesn't translate to that. Google auto-spell check egerurfur to edge surfer. if you type 'mimifitid' it auto suggests Mimi's free time.
