Zap your question into the spirit box through the "jack".

And then start recording after you do that.

While recording...
Listen/Feel for a presence,
Your hairs should indicate a presence.

Once you feel something is present,
You may start voicing out your questions.

The point here is to try to catch ghost whispers within the noise of the micro/radio-wave frequency all around you.

So we utilize a spirit box.

The sigil antenna should be the name of the spirit you wish to summon; so that you may ask it questions, whilst recording the session.

I have this theory that,
Sound recorders pick up ghost whispers in the "quantum matrix field"; the micro/radio-wave radiation all around us.

So it makes sense to me to utilize a spirit box.
