Help finding this book?

Hi

I have been seeking a book for a while without success. It is called 'Ancient Greek Gods & Lore Revisited' by Fredrico Ionnides (1962).

I have tried every online source I know of as well as trawling through the rare book dealers and second hand bookshops in my area and beyond. I cannot find it anywhere.

Does anyone have any advice as to how to get hold of a copy. I would be happy with either an electronic or hard copy.
