I wouldn't call that a demon, but some do. It's definitely a nasty one.

There is no easy fix to something like this. And most likely it will never disappear completely. What you can do is keep it at bay, and not allow it to rule your life. It's a bit like cleaning your house, you have to do it more then once to keep it clean.

You see, entities like these are feeding of energy. Because you made a deal with it, you allowed it to attach to you, and the longer it stays, the stronger the bond becomes. You are basically it's main food source, that's why it isn't leaving. And even if you push it away, it will just come back.

So you have to go through a healing process. Not just one session.

Have anything you tried had any effect at all? Even if it is just temporary?

Is there a chance that it's this little girl torturing me?

Human spirits rarely have that kind of powers. But these kind of things loves to take on different personality. They play tricks, they deceive you and it's not unheard of them pretending to be human spirits.

[So now as a last resort my question is is it possible to kill this entity whoever it is? I have heard about something called the second death.

Not really. Entities like these are not physical in the same way as you and me are, they exists because they have energy or though. You can remove cancer from your body but you can't kill cancer as a concept. even if your cancer is removed, cancer still exists in this world. As long as you or anybody else can think of it, it exists.
But there is some people who think that you can battle these things in the astral plane and kill them that way. But that is some advance fucking magic and it doesn't sound like your body could handle it right now.

If it's an entity of some sort can I summon a demon to just kill its soul?

That would be a very bad idea. Your basically talking about loaning money from the maffia to pay of your studentdebt. "out of the frying pan and into the fire".

If there's some permission between me and the entity is there a way to cancel soul contract.

Not after this much time. It's going to be attached to you in some sort no matter what. But you can weaken that bond.
If the favor you got from the entity still exist, you should bury it, if it has already happened and pasted, you just have to live with it.
In fact it's probably going to be part of your journey to forgive this thing, and forgive everything that has happened, as well as stop forcing your energy to what has happen. But will take more about that later.

I've also heard you can trap an entity in a box and force it to work for you. If that's true maybe I could trap this entity and force it to repair the damage it has done to me then I destroy it.

You could try a mirrorbox. I don't think it would be permanent, but it would be a good way to diminish it's power.
It can't repair the damage that is already done. What is done, is done. And you might also have to accept that you will never fully recover. Sometime when you get hurt, there is long term damage.

This is a copy from another post, but it's basically going to be the same process.

1. Go and see a medical doctor to make sure you have no hidden diseases.

2. Reach out to friends and family. Do not let this thing isolate you.

3. Go and see a psychologist. Now I'm not hinting that you are mad or anything, but you obviously have some elements in your life that are causing you some stress, and talking to a shrink can really help to get that load of your shoulder. They can also help with sleeping pills. If you don't sleep properly your "psychic immune defense" will break down.

4. Make sure that you eat properly. Exercise. Yoga is a great way to build strength and balance in both mind and body.

5. Have your house cleansed. Call a catholic priest, call a mambo, call a paranormal investigator. Get outside help from somebody.
They can sometimes spot things that you would miss and hopefully know how to fix that problem.

6. Have yourself cleansed by a professional. They will show you how it's done and you can then continue with it on a weekly basis.

7. Perform a banishing ritual. (this can be done daily, and very often is performed daily for a year)

8. Perform a cutting ritual. (this is to cut of the ethereal between you and the entity.)

9. Perform a banishing ritual (again)

10. Perform an uncrossing ritual. (I know you've already try part of this, but the entire ritual is at least a weak and uses more then just the bath.)

11. Perform a rebirth ritual.

12. Put up protection and shields around your house and around yourself.

That last point is something that you're going to have to work on more then a usual person and you should probably try many different versions. The mirrorbox being one of them.

But, if you dont mind my asking some personal questions, what exactly was written on the letter, what exactly was the wish, and how quickly did it come to manifest?

There is a chance, in order to provide fuel for the outcome, some of your own energy has been taken and you've never properly restored it.

Especially if you made no offering or compensation for work.

Sounds like a decent request. Though you should know, the people on this forum aren't like 'most people'.

All I remember is that my letter wasn't directed towards anyone in particular, it was very vague. It was along the line of "you should give me that" but I've never named anyone.

You most certainly did name someone, yourself

From the sounds of it, you asked to be broken open so that you could figure out how to put you self back together. Not a bad request at all. Bit when you open yourself up, certain things may take advantage of the situation.

I'm not saying you should gather more energy, i agree that would be pointless. I'm saying you need to find the missing pieces of yourself and seal the cracks.

I can't tell you how exactly to go about it, but the answers are given metaphorically through your experiences. Meditate on your life and see what kinds of 'mental transformations' you've come into over the last fifteen years. Try to remember what, fifteen years ago, you wanted to be like. Have you honestly achieved that?

The 'second death' you're thinking about has been defined incorrectly. It's not the death of a soul towards non-existence. It's the little death of false ego-definitions towards a proper knowledge and understanding of yourself.

You've just turned 29? Sounds about right, as this is your year of 'Saturn's Return'. All the lessons you should have learned in childhood prepare you for adult life experiences. But if you haven't completely integrated them, you must now learn them over again before moving on.

On a side note, it sounds like you're fighting yourself. Your heart condition is most likely due to certain habits you need to give up -- physically, mentally and emotionally.

The idea of pain will eventually manifest physical pain, if it is emotionally supported.

But that's just my intuition speaking. I could be completely wrong.. also, I'm no doctor, so don't listen to what I say
