Astral Projection Evoking.

Is it possible to evoke any entities or demons in the astral realm? And if we do without any protection, will it be safe? Because we can't take any thing from the 3rd dimensional realm to the 4thdimension, right? I mean The physical matters.

Yes it's possible and arguably safer. This is pretty much suggested by Franz Bardon in his works, before evoking to physical or not. Try it out and let us know what you find

Entities can harm your mental body, but that's why this is better than physical evocation.
Would you rather a being be able to influence you on multiple planes of existence, or only one?

You can create tools on the mental plane that mimic or attach to existing ones on the physical plane. I'm pretty sure this is covered in either Initiation into Hermetics or Practice of Magical Evocation, by Franz Bardon.
These are the tools you would use in protection from and evocation of the entity desired.

However, there's one universal tool that you can take to any plane and it will always be effective: The Circle.

I have never tried making tools in the astral panel, I mean I never got any low vibrational creature attracted to me ahh thank god for that. And circle? How? I don't get it.

You can and should do any and all rituals in the astral plane. Crowley says this is the way to train the astral body. If you are worried about a being it will feed off your anxiousness. You can just tell it to leave when you are done and it will listen. If not there are a million exorcisms and pentagram rituals you can look up. Bringing s circle with you sounds like a hardened aura or strong astral body conditioned by years of banishing and initiation. Or just drawing one on the astral plane.

But this kid doesn't talks much and also he is super thin LOL but I guess it won't harm anyone to ask him how to make protection circle in the astral panel.
