Re: Unwind after strong ritual
Any practical and stronger method?
I always try to invoke earth when finished however lately I am working in a very intense manner and I remain in a high energetic state afterwards.
Thanks

This, working out/exercising, doing something creative like drawing or writing, or just make a talisman to put your excess energies into for future work.Desecrated wrote:SexLoneWolf wrote:Any practical method?
Putting it into the earth is probably the best thing though to do.
Time is but an illusion in perception and is only perceived to pass by at the same moments together for us all... which is, quite frankly, me saying to not expect from me in a timely manner!

Re: Unwind after strong ritual
If you know any 'healing symbols' (like Reiki symbols) it might be a good idea to channel the energy through them first.Desecrated wrote:Channel your (over) energy into the earth. Leave it there.

Thank you all for your replies and ideas.
I find the talisman idea very interesting. Haven't learnt about them yet but maybe it is time [grin]

I don't know anything about Reiki. What would doing what you propose achieve?corvidus wrote:

It alters the energy to a different 'healing' frequency and connects the above and below.
