Is this really what schizophrenia is like?

I have stood up for days before - and my dreams were mixed with my reality. Like an augmentation of dreamality unto reality.

Seeing loads of dark shadows and as well as a congress of people talking all at once.

But I have never experienced an arsehole version of me talking sh*t to me in attempt to make me paranoid...

Usually, my unconscious and subconscious minds reveal to me information I would like to know about, and they even take care of me when I lose consciousness.

I wish I could go through that experience.

I would be experimenting with myself all damn day long!

thats what i go threw but it sure seems real there is a fine line between bieng a pastor and scysophrenia both may hear mother nature god or angels but ones given money and one goes to the rubber room.......

I know this is an old thread, but here goes.

The first video is similar to schizophrenia, but in my case the voices does not manifest themselves as "real" sound. They use what you can imagine as a copy of your inner voice. A sort of thought sound.
The "illustrious" "they" do speak a lot of nonsense (like in the video), but in my case at least it is much more advanced than that and I find it hard to belive that it is nothing more than a simple brain malfunction.

I've gradually gone through phases of it over the course of 20 years. My shrink used to tell me I had a lot of insight when I explained how it functioned on me. If you are still interested I could try to answer some of your questions, if you have any.

I can tell you that the strangest thing about it in my opinion is how disconnected one becomes from other people. Because you can never truly prove what is happening inside your mind. And it seems like most people think you are a liar when you tell them.

They ambushed me when I went to sleep. Heh. Played some kind of game in my minds eye for my entire sleep.

I do this kind of stuff once in a while. Embaress myself and think something is going to help.

The good old "I'll get them this time" variant turning into the "You really fell for it again?" spiel. Does not matter.

I don't see anything in this thread to be sorry about. Made perfect sense to me. I don't have schizophrenia, but I often forget where I've said things. I come across them later, and it doesn't even sound like me. It sounds WAY BETTER than me. I'm like, "I wrote that?! Oh my God, that's fucking brilliant!" It's such a great experience every time, I'm so glad it happens.
