Re: Azazel-- The devil? A Demon? An Angel? Help please
Azazel is but another sinner, who was once an angel and now is a demon. He is not an angel of Lord Satan (according to the Book of the Watchers), he is a former angel who will be tortured by Satan forever and ever. So, you should command him in the Holy and Terrible Name of Satan, curse him, threaten him with the tortures of hell. He will have no other choice but to do your bidding, as long as you are a servant of the LORD, and he is just a sinner, no matter his powers. As long as you are a servant of the LORD and he is just a sinner, your soul is more powerful or more bounded to Satan (and thus more powerful, again) than this spirit is.

First he is a former angel, then he is a sinner and now he is a spirit. So, what is he now?Klavier wrote:Azazel is but another sinner, who was once an angel and now is a demon. To come back to Azazel. He is an interesting guy indeed. As far as I know only the book of Enoch clearly states something about Azazel as some sort of fallen angel. In my opinion far more interesting is his mentioning in the book Levititcus, so far it is the only place in the old Testament where he is actually mentioned. From what I remember from the book "The symbolism of the Azazel goat" by Ralph Levy Azazel was originally meant as the place where the goats where offered, mostly a cliff.
The reason for that was rather interesting:
Azaz, meaning rugged
El, meaning strong
Taking this into account he was refering to the rough mountains in the palestine region.
Now, there is one thing which crossed my mind. This is the phrase "el", being also knowns from names like Mika-el or Uri-el refering to YHVH himself (YHVH the "strong" one). So, puting it together from this direction we have:
Azaz --> rugged
El --> god/strong one
Now, here you have your personification. I guess this semantics are now sort of hair-splitting. However, I want to refer to Brandt who was involved into the findings at Qumran. He expected to find some sort of written evidence for the figure of Azazel being a sort of proto-jewish demongod to where those two goats where offered. Sadly, there were no findings which suggest some past form of Azazel prior to the early hebrew findings. Only this bad little word play with the word "el".
Something to think about [wink]
bye bye
Re: Azazel-- The devil? A Demon? An Angel? Help please
Actually, "El" means "God". Hence we have "Michael" ("Who is like God?"), "Israel" ("God contend") etcetera.
"Azaz" means "to be strong" and "El" means "God".
As for the Book of Enoch, he was an apostate, not a fallen angel. He was an angel, along with Samyaza (his leader) who abandoned their place (they weren't exiled, like Satan's angels) and were "subdued by Satan", thus, "angels of punishment prepare machines of torture for Satan..." that is, "to torture their leader, Samyaza".
He is just a former angel who sinned and has now turned into an unclean spirit which you can conjure by curses and threats of the horrors of hell and the Might of Satan, and thus completely subdue him and force him to do your bidding. No matter how scary he may look like, you shouldn't be scared, as long as you have Satan on your side he can't harm you, because the LORD Satan is what he is afraid the most.
Remember, a demonolator (according to Edward Waite as awell) is not a Diabololator. A worshipper of Azazel is a worshipper of an unclean spirit that sinned and is to be tortured by Satan, thus you are not a servant and worshipper of Satan if you worship Azazel. Because Azazel became a servant of Satan only morally, but didn't worship Him.

Re: Told Im azazel! Most profound spinning ever. need opinio
Well dont take my comments seriously....from what ive known aa per satanist believe Azazel is fallen angels and its one of their gods...well demon can be related as well with light as per their belief (satanist) as they are still angels...Chaos Creator wrote:I just posted a book with the whole story shoulda saved cause it didn't go through. long story short after a satanic ritual (first one ever) I spun my pendulum over my mat to ask if Satan was pleased. He was, then i felt like he was gone and the pendulum started rocking at "rephrase". I said say what thou whist. It spelled out "exorcism" so right off the bat i try to dig into what im talking to, it says its not Satan, nor a demon, but an angel. I asked if it could prove it, and it told me anoint a cross with my abba (holy oil) and dedicated Christ to it and place it on the mat. So I do thinking "alright what demon requests this?' .
Your reason..logic..principals is the things to balance it all...it doesnt mean bad though...you have trully channel him and made your body as a vessel as our body is the perfect vessel of all...you must possess greater power and gifts but be sure to always guard yourself..esp your minds by having certain principal or even to fight it with logic or certain faith of yours...
Well its just my chaos comment though...
Re: Azazel-- The devil? A Demon? An Angel? Help please
It's subconscious and supernatural
They're the same thing
There's no conflict between the two
Subconsciousness IS supernatural
All these entities are one thing. Kundalini energy. And yes, that is your Higher Self. All of it. Even the nastiest entities out there. It's also your internal twin flame. These things are all synonymous.
You're doing a form of divination. You have to interpret everything through the language of subconscious symbolism or you will become psychotic. Just because you get info in English, that doesn't mean it's plain English. There's a hidden language in the subconscious layer, and that's what you need to be fluent in to be able to make sense of what's coming through. You're confused because you don't speak the language. (It doesn't come from a book. It's pure intuition. Once your guides teach it to you, you will view words as holographic symbols, like how Egyptian hieroglyphs work.)
Example:
Why was Satan scared of you? Interpreted symbolically: your vibration dropped (you backed off from your intuition).
Divination is always a monitor of your internal state. (FYI doing it for other people requires understanding what your internal state has to do with everything around you synchronistically and translating appropriately.)
A good understanding of the mind also comes in handy -- self-observation through the lens of Jungian cognitive functions (MBTI style) is what I use.
