Advice on what to do
Awhile back i got into demonology but i didnt follow through with it. I now regret this because ive met someone who i believe to be possessed, i came to this belief when during a video call i met the other side of her and got an immediate uncomfortable chill. It couldnt keep her hands away from her mouth as it talked, as if it was trying to pull open her mouth. It was bragging about the horrible things it had made her do and i once called it a demon that needs to be exorcised. It took swrious offense to that and proceeded to refer to my friend as her puppet and claimed that it was there first. I need advice. How do i determine if its a true demonic possesion and if so how do i find out how to classify it and get rid of it

Your post is the spiritual equivalent of not liking someone's hair and asking how to cut it off.
Do you understand how rude and invasive that is now? Can you imagine what kind of astral asskicking is in order?
Some people need to be possessed to be healthy. I personally enjoy being a puppet. My life was MISERABLE before this. I was completely lost and wide open for abuse by humans. Demons are family to me.
I am housing a demon I'm married to. He's the only person I can apologize to and really mean it. He's the only person I can say "I love you" to and really mean it. He's the only person I'm comfortable/compatible with sexually. I never once in my life felt REAL gratitude before I was possessed by him. I trust him completely. He makes my life worth living. I love everything about sharing my body with him.
