Daniel Schmachtenberger and Tim Freke talk metaphysics

It took me a minute to register these two names coming together for a chat. Not that I couldn't see them doing so, it's just more of one of those dream pairings that I didn't know I had.

Daniel's a profound thinker, I've really loved his thoughts on political game theory and his meditations on existential risk and similar sorts of questions on complex systems and what can help us through the 21st century bottleneck (E.O. Wilson's 'we have paleolithic emotions, medieval institutions, and godlike technological power') as those that Jordan Hall/Greenhall often chews on.

I had heard on some particular interview when the topic was appropriate Daniel at least mentioned Crowley in passing as having read him, and I know from his reading list he has a fair amount of knowledge on eastern mystic traditions however I'd never actually heard him have a full length metaphysics discussion with anyone.

Very cool stuff.
