hello looking for help with spirits.

hello I'm looking for someone to help me contact some spirits, I have a couple of questions to some certain spirits and I need some sort of medium/translator.

unfortunately I had some astral thing or energy infected on me, a bad person did something to me, having no idea what exactly, and I've been unable to focus since.

I tried it all in IRL with help, and its an astral/energy problem.

if anyone can help me with contacting spirits, or if anyone knows someone I could talk to, or a place to go that can talk to spirits. let me know.

many people practice mediums and psychics, so far pretty good.

if it was a bad practice then mediums wouldn't be a thing.

um yes, idk why you quoted those things? are trying to test me? or are you being passive aggressive, I can't tell.

why do some people go to the doctor when they feel pain? same reason, as some people can see 'energy' and specialize on that.

mediums, or whoever can talk to spirits, because there's a lot of type of spirits you can contact that specialize on things, or the person might feel energies and tell what's wrong.

I will put it short...

Symptoms of energetic parasites are: exaggerated dizziness, especially in the centre of the pineal gland, constant drainage of chi / vital energy (feeling exaggerately tired out of no reasons), and, accompanying the aforementioned symptoms, lots of nightmares and psychic attacks.

If we talk about an evil spirit possession, you may not experience energy drainage, rather an erratic growth of energy, but still, nightmares and psychic attacks will occur.

Focus on visualizing your aura and identifying such issues as it is more than necessary to remove the negative entity that has been affecting your aura.

If you see any gooish color or various hints of pale Grey, then you should remove such things immediately. If removing is hard for you, ask a qualified medium to do it.
