SIRP or Opening by Watchtower?

Like the question says what do you feel about the difference in opening up the temple? The SIRP is the traditional GD ritual, but Regardie’s OBW is the most well known and used. However I heard that the OBW isn’t as great as people claim on various forums and places. I also have to note that the Cicero’s did a combination of the SIRP and OBW that has the best of both worlds. Thoughts?
