Why does this redditor speak as if parts of the brain / mind are its own entities / beings that you can talk / speak to and have their own plans and such?

What do your think of these supposed experiences?

Is there ways to protect against and or destroy it? Will it kill me for asking this qiestion?
Is there ways to mak the ritual impossible to work / happen?
Is there ways to make the permission to take over / possess your body and take over your life impossible to actually happen even if you give it permission to do so?
Would it kill you if you gave it permission to do so, regardless if you did the ritual or not?

I have gotten small thoughts of how to format this a certain way, choose specific words, etc. is this the entity / being of this ritual at work or is it just regular normal thoughts? The thoughts may even say / suggest that something may happen or that I may feel a certain way if I do not do what the thought / my brain / mind / entity / being says.

Could you give the permissions to let it take over / possess your body and take over your life in your head : mentally? Same with revoking the permissions.
