I don't know anything about a 'sleeve of runes', but here are some thoughts:
warrior's rune- Tiwaz
victory rune- Sowilo
Valkyrie's rune- Algiz
Disir's blessing rune*- Berkana
hunter's bow rune- Eihwaz
*The Disir are one's female ancestresses, beginning with one's mother & extending back to the beginning, so in this instance, it represents sort of the equilavent of a mother's protectiveness of her child.

As far as I am aware there is no archealogical evidence that runes were tattooed on the flesh of anyone, if that is what you were referring to. I could be working from old data though.

If memory serves tattoos were used in the olden days . There were some on the ice man they found in the alps and on some other bodies they found in the bogs of old ireland and england . i do know the pics painted their bodies with blue as discribed by cato in his comentaries . I would suggest to look up on ogham runes and use those , as to the precise text they use that would have to be a guess at the best of times . Since besides the acupuncture tattoos on the meridians scientists aren't giving out alot of info on the iceman or the others . You could try contacting the scientists that are working on those i suppose

I was aware that tattooing was a feature of early European culture but from what I have read so far it appears that runes were not tattooed on the body. There is so little archaelogical evidence that it is difficult to make a determination either way.
