Well I've been doing energy work with this lady. It's quite amazing really. She sings over the phone and I can feel this energy leaving my body, chakra points bursting open. She says it's energy that I hold onto, fear, anger, all energies. So through her, she says the force of the mother, this singing comes and does all this work. And after the session if I sit and focus in, the force starts working again, almost as if there's a vibration to it. Well, I've been doing it for awhile seems to be working pretty well, I have to admit, I wasn't doing my part (more sitting, meditations, exercise, healthy lifestyle) Still I'm starting to work with her on this a little more lately. I was smoking marijuana and she told me not to while doing the energy work. I sort of figured it wasn't to big of a deal and kept smoking thinking It may slow it down a bit but hey I got plenty of time. Well she asked if I had stopped and I told her I hadn't. She then told me that it was really bad for the energy work especially for someone who's focus is grounding. She said almost all drugs except alcohol and I think she said cocaine don't effect the energy. Well this energy force I beleive is kundulini. So to anyone having energy work done one them I suggest you not do drugs. If anyone has conflicting thoughts please post I would like to know more.
