Sit on a chair. Ask your lover ( if you are female ) or beloved ( if you are male ) to sit opposite you at 1 M distance on another chair. Close your eyes. Now ask your partner to close his / her eyes & concentrate on a visualized ball of luminous light in your breast / chest area and you would do the same to him / her. Both balls are joined by a golden band. Now imagine the balls expanding to encompass you both first and eventually, in various stages, whole world. Now all the living beings on earth are enveloped by this sphere of Light. This Light is nothing but Healing-Love. Whole planet earth is now healed. So be it & thanks to all. ( Meditate for 5 minutes and open your eyes ).
