Fusion with your own Creation

Post by Zarka Killerfog »

Has anyone made their own thoughtform and attempted to fuse themselves with it? If so, what were your results?

Do you want to explain what you meant by 'fusion'?

Creating a thoughtform. Then fusing that thoughtform with your mind. So you take on its characteristics, it's abilities etc.

Ah. Creating a servitor and subsequently invoking it. Gotcha.

Yes. It made not a lot of difference, since I'd made it up in the first place. It makes more difference to invoke something you haven't created out of yourself, unless you've already enabled it to tap into external resources. If you've done this then it can access these resources for you. Oracular entities for divination do this well. That's worked brilliantly for me.

The terminology doesn't have to be 'creating a servitor and subsequently invoking it'. If you couldn't tell what he meant by that up your poetic game. It could be called an avatar, thoughtform, servitor invokation, glamour, etc. There are many innovative techniques and each could even be specialized for specific tasks depending on terminology, so just because the terms were in liber null doesn't mean they are the only branches within chaos magick. No offense, just had to put that out there.

Zarka, did ya have a general sphere of intent in mind? I'm curious.
