Mind is said to veil infinitude of the Spirit. Mind drawn to the outside world through the senses leads to materialism. Once toxins in the mind are removed through breathing exercises and chantings, it sheds its materialistic inertia and becomes subtle so as to turn inward. Continuing the practice, one attains absolute supreme source.
