i have a friends asking about something called old soul blood. apparently it relates to old Comoros island folklore and how there were a form of vampire kind of like the Japanese bountu. if anyone knows anything more id appreciate some help on understanding what is is

further more can a soul even have blood. not necessarily the biological kind however something more that relates to energy. i have met someone who has had views into her past lives and found some connection to vampyrism. Can vampires be reincarnated?
