I'm wondering how to invoke a demon. I used a candle, incense, no circles but I used the sigil and had the element and plant as an offering. Anything else I need or don't need?

The reason I say strong will is that "demons" respect strength. Quite a few like defiance as well...as in the "I don't give up." The "get knocked down, but I'll still keep coming till my last breath" sort of thing. At least, any "demon" that is respectable in my book.
