hello im looking for books or sites that have something in familiar with water magic im at very beggining with water element but i already succeed to call a little rain that lasted 10 seconds without any spell or so, i tried to find here anything but it failed so im asking i hope in right place.
Books/sites can be in english or polish language.

I don't think you'll find any books dealing exclusively with one element. Off the top of my head, Scott Cunningham wrote a few books about elemental and nature magic, and from what I remember his stuff is fairly solid (wiccan, but on the decidedly non-fluffy end of the spectrum).
