I am one of the fortunate people in this thing of ours, occult science, to own a copy of both the Goetia and The Greater Key of Solomon.
I like most, purchased the Goetia and was immediately fascinated with the illustrations of the demons, especially the three headed kings such as Bael and Asomodai.
After browsing through with eyes not trained to see, I began to widen my knowledge and my consciousness towards other resources that could teach me how to perform magick myself, not for the desires of money, but for knowledge and wisdom.
After purchasing The Greater Key, I began to search the internet for guidance on such subjects and eventually I came across the planet Saturn.
Saturn, El, Latin, Legalese
Saturn is perhaps the most powerful and influential planet in the entire spectrum of our language and laws and even our very minds, actions and perceptions, or rather the obstruction of them.
The other powerful divine presence in our solar system is the Sun, the planet of kings and of passion, love, light and love.
If you look into the planet Saturn and the ancient Phoenician Canaanite religion, who are the direct predecessors of the Hebrews and Jews, you will know that they worshipped Saturn under the name of “EL”.
In astrology, Saturn is known as the ruler of the seven planets, which is measured by its orbit year time of around 29.5 – 30 years to complete its orbit around the Sun.
Saturn is known as a planet that represents Justice and Law and you must be granted its blessings in order to proceed in any judicial service or hearing. Saturn also represents the sense of hearing, it is often symbolized with ear –rings to represent the rings that gravitate around the planet itself. The legal process of marriage is also symbolized and blessed by Saturn with wedding rings too.
“EL” is also placed in anything to do with power and justice, even the very language of Saturn is abbreviated with the phonetic sound of EL. As Virgil says in The Aeneid “We Latin’s, everyone knows, are the children of Saturn”, Latin is a frequent language used in legal language, which is made to look like English, however it is deliberately obtuse and difficult to understand to a laymen and is defined as “Legalese”.
Please hold this thought of how the language of Saturn, which is Latin, is used in a deceptive way as it will become clear later in this essay.
In the Greater Key of Solomon, Saturn has seven pentacles to use in any given magickal operation. They are as follows: (I have included my interpretations of how they apply to my study project)
The 1st Pentacle Of Saturn: ...is of great value and utility for striking terror into Spirits...its being shown to them they submit, and kneeling upon the earth before it, they obey......the Hebrew versicle which surrounds it is from Psalm lxxii. 9; “The Ethiopians shall kneel before Him, His enemies shall lick the dust.”
This pentacle seems to use the power of “Him”, which is spelled using a capital letter implying a title or name as opposed to naming an object in lower case indicating power of divine measure from whoever uses this pentacle.
The submission that can be attained through the use of this pentacle makes the targeted souls slaves and in fear of the medium. I have come to realise that “spirits” is not necessarily exclusive to necromancy, demons and angels; it can also indicate the enslavement and control of humans too.
The 2nd Pentacle of Saturn: ...great value against adversaries...in repressing the pride of Spirits.
Again, as is the format of the first pentacle, the use of capitals in Spirits implies a title, as opposed to naming them as objects. The rest of the description includes another verse that speaks of “His dominion shall be also from the one sea to another, and from the flood until the world’s end.”
This is an interesting passage as I have been looking into Maritime Admiralty Law and it has been put forward in arguments across the world that we are unwittingly consenting to be given the rights of the laws of water and of corporations, not as human beings. This is how I made a possible connection with the use of capital letters used in legal language, the less capitals you have in your name on a warrant or summons, the more rights you have.
The indication of the “floods” coincides with the legal fictions that create Maritime Laws on the land. If you have not looked into Maritime Admiralty Law and the Cestui Que Vie Freeman on the land topics, you can request further information from me to point you to links of sites to get information, however it is not the main topic of this essay so I don’t wish to go in depth here, just to use it to put forward my findings in this study.
The 3rd Pentacle of Saturn: ...use at night when thou invokes the Spirits of the nature of Saturn.
Saturn is the ruler of Aquarius and Capricorn, which if you look at the diagram below, you will see that they represent the winter solstice and midnight to 4AM, which are the times of the year and days that have the lowest amount of light in the northern hemisphere and at midnight.

Saturn is also called the “Great Opposer” of the Sun and Moon, as they are in polarity and parallel to the Sun and Moon in Cancer and Leo and given the imagery of the Sea-Goat and The Water Bearer; we can connect the dots and assume that if astrology is prevalent in any Biblical scripture, it would be a safe bet to associate Saturn with Satan, as it is not too far removed from the spelling and is ruler of darkness and of judgement, punishment and the with the Maritime theme, of water, law of water and of cold.
Hell in Latin is “Inverno”, which means inferno, however this yet another deception, given the similarities between Satan and Saturn and their placements in astrotheology, Inverno probably means cold and away from heat altogether. There have been depictions of Hell as cold in some literature.
The 4th Pentacle of Saturn: ...for executing experiments and operations of ruin, destruction and death. And when it is made in full perfection, it serveth also for those Spirits which bring news, when thou invokest them from the south.
This is another description of the power of suffering from Saturn which this also implies that it can be used to control what information people receive, propaganda, maybe, in order to make the 2nd Pentacle much more effective in crushing pride, make people lose hope and to submit to Him.
The 5th Pentacle of Saturn: ...defendeth those who invoke the Spirits of Saturn during the night; and chaseth away the Spirits which guard treasures.
The suggestion of darkness implies that it is easier to operate during minimum light and anything to do with darkness in the occult, suggests that it is away from light and without light, no one can see or know what you are doing. The invoking of the Spirits may suggest some Maritime law aspects of how Cestui Que Vie Trust works in the favour of those who create them, to steal the wealth from people and take away their rights and this pentacle will insure those who are deceiving others, that they will not be held accountable for their deeds.
I will now include a passage from the Goetia, which gives the description of “Bael”.
(1.) BAEL. – The First Principal Spirit is a King ruling in the East, called Bael. He maketh thee to go Invisible. He ruleth over 66 Legions of Infernal Spirits.
Did that just say he makes you go invisible? His name ends with “el” right? Also that he rules over 66 Legions of Infernal Spirits?
So we can assume that Bael is most definitely Saturn, given the logic of this study. Another bit of food for thought – You can be granted “Bail” in justice.
(51.) BALAAM – He maketh men to go invisible, and also to be witty.
Bael and Balaam seem to be derivatives from Ba’al, which means Lord and was also a God worshipped by the Ancient Canaanites and Hebrews.
The colour of Saturn is Black and its metal is Lead. Most intellectuals wear black robes with mortar boards and Judges and Police have black robes and uniforms. BA-bylon is a nickname for the police and we can conclude that if priests always have black clothes too, then a court room judge can be called a priest. Could they be a Priest of Ba’al or Bael or Balaam maybe?
You have a “hearing” at court, so a court is not far removed from confession and sacrament of penance. So a courtroom could be a monetized confession booth yes? Saturn can be related to hearing and the ears, hence the earrings we wear.
Witty and invisible, just the things you need to disguise a language similar to English. Funny how Latin translates as English, yet English translates as English in Latin...a tremendous coincidence that made my project intrigue me further.
The 6th Pentacle of Saturn: ...Around the pentacle is each Name symbolized as it should be. The person against whom thou shalt pronounce it shall be obsessed by Demons...”Set thou a wicked one to be ruler over him, and let Satan stand at his right hand.”
This is an interesting paragraph. It seems to be talking about how the power of the language of Saturn, Latin, if spoken will instantly give those who display and lead others into speaking it will have a higher power over their subjects. The part that states the “right”, may coincide with the Hermetic Sciences that tell of all in the right side of the mind is the best side, which is the higher mind and one of higher consciousness than most. With the power of word magick, one can be blessed with immunity from persecution and blame if you execute a Saturnalian operation correctly.
The 7th Pentacle of Saturn: ...fit for exciting earthquakes, seeing that the power of each order of Angels herein invoked is sufficient to make the whole Universe tremble...”Then the earth shook and trembled, the foundations of the hills also moved and were shaken, because He was wroth”.
This passage may coincide with how the land is “moved” with watermarks on the land, in order to prove the legal fictions that require Saturn’s blessings. Such as the Washington Monument, this is the same shape as the standard Roman watermark and stands at 666ft with its foundations.
All of the pentacles seem to indicate that Saturn is the main omnipotent force in the Universe and is the entity of enslavement, justice, deception and of punishment. This furthers my claims that Saturn can be harmonized in properties as Satan.
El is the name of the ancient Phoenician Canaanite god and ancient interpretations of the Bible included this name as one of the creators, “the Elohim”.
So anything with “el” as a prefix or suffix can be associated with Saturn, Satan, Bael and darkness or cold.
The Sun, the Lucent One, Lucifer and the Saturnian Deception
The Sun is the center of the solar system; it can give life, light and love in physical and psychic forms. It also represents authority, self-esteem, the heart, the father, circulation, power and ambition and it represents the eyes too.
Now let’s have a look at what the pentacles of the Sun have to say about this apparently friendly planet of our solar system and probably the most vital one of all. (Again, this is my interpretation to fit into my logic of investigation on this subject)
The 1st Pentacle of the Sun: ...at Whose aspect all creatures obey, and the Angelic Spirits do reverence on bended knees.
Although the Sun represents authority, it seems to command obedience, which is very similar to Saturn and its 1st pentacle, yes?
The 2nd Pentacle of the Sun: ...They serve to repress the pride and arrogance of the Solar Spirits, which are altogether proud and arrogant by their nature.
This seems to suggest an attainment not far removed from the second pentacle, yes?
The 3rd Pentacle of the Sun: ......to acquire Kingdom and Empire, to inflict loss, and to acquire renown and glory, especially through the Name of God, Tetragrammaton, which therein is twelve names contained.
This pentacle suggests that the 12’s in nature and in astrotheology, such as the 12 signs of the Zodiac and the 12’s in the disciples, the tribes, the brothers etc...are there to serve under this Name of God, again spelled to suggest the title, instead of an object. The Tetragrammaton, or “four letters” are the 4 elements, however this pentacle also talks of acquiring Kingdom and Empire with this knowledge. Most of astrology is dismissed without any understanding and yet those who have the knowledge tend not to fall prey to Empire, which can be called Corpratocracy nowadays.
The 4th Pentacle of the Sun: ...enable thee to see the Spirits when they appear invisible unto those who invoke them; because, when thou hast uncovered it, they will immediately appear visible.
Saturn and Bael of Saturn are for invisibility; well that’s what we were given for information anyway.
It is this pentacle that will open my findings for you.
I have noted that the Sun is represented by the eyes in Hermetic sciences and in ancient sciences, the Sun was also called, “the Lucent One”.
Then we have “the Light Bearer”, or “Lucem Ferum”, which can be translated as meaning “Lucifer”.
Lucifer is another name for Satan right? However we made an association between Saturn and Satan, so surely Lucifer would be Saturn too? You would also expect Bael to be represented with Saturn and Lead right? Wrong. Bael, Saturn, Satan are cataloged under the SUN in the Goetia!
This pentacle speaks of the deception, we cannot use Gold and the Sun to summon or find our way through the deception of the Kings of Saturn, we should use Lead, it’s right in front of us and we need to see the deception. Lucifer is that deception.
Then this would also suggest that the Archangels – Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Haniel, Gabriel, Tzadiqel and Tzaphqiel may be Saturnian.
Those who have handed down this knowledge may have turned their Lead, into Gold! Maybe the expression “Fools Gold” is older than we first thought. The findings of this argument are that all that is Golden, is really false representation, that all that has come packaged to us with the names of Angels, God and Christianity and Justice, that which is there to make us have faith, justice, hope, self-esteem and passion, is all under the influence of the Saturnalian Spirits in our Legal and Government systems.
I hope my study, which I have done during a ritual involving Saturn and the Sun, will help you have eyes to see.
The 5th Pentacle of the Sun: ...can transport thee from one place unto another, over a long distance over a short period of time.
This would be useful for propaganda and legal lies, shifting the land and water.
The 6th Pentacle of the Sun: ...serveth excellently for the operation of invisibility, when correctly made.
Now, here is Bael again yes? Saturn and Lucifer deceiving the masses with their Babylon of language, Christianity could well be the Church Of Satan.
The 7th Pentacle of the Sun: ...If be by any chance imprisoned or detained in fetters of Iron, at the presence of this pentacle, which should be engraved in Gold on the day and hour of the Sun, he will be immediately delivered and set at liberty.
This is worth our contemplation, if the system of Latin, Legalese and Saturn can give those who manipulate the powers of nature by hiding the powers of nature, then we can do the same.
We need to shine the light in the darkness and set ourselves free with the power of light, life and love.
The Goetia has only one Spirit that has the symbol of Saturn, which I found to be odd as Saturn has such a powerful influence on our affairs. All the Kings that have hijacked the power of light to deceive us – Bael, Paimon, Beleth, Purson, Asmoday, Vine, Balam, Zagan and Belial – are all hidden in our system of language, we need to look to see it.
The one Spirit is a Night Demon of course, which is in the right place for Saturn – Furcas, a Knight.
(50.) FURCAS.- The Fiftieth Spirit is Furcas. He is a Knight, and appeareth in the Form of a Cruel Old Man with a long beard and a hoary Head, riding upon a pale-coloured Horse, with a Sharp Weapon in his hand. His office is to teach the Arts of Philosophy, Astrology, Rhetoric, Logic, Cheiromancy, and Pyromancy, in all their parts, and perfectly. He hath under his Power 20 Legions of Spirits.
I’m going to play with words again. We have made a syncretism of Saturn and Satan.
The description of this character is interesting, a long beard and the picture in the Goetia seems to suggest a white beard. Capricorn is ruled by Saturn. Capricorn starts from 21st December, what is a few days before Christmas, which is also a celebration of Saturn.
Satan looks a bit like...well...Santa, yes? I think you can see where I’m going with this one. The symbol of Saturn, not the glyph, is the six pointed star, the hexagram. If you look at all the hexagrams that can be drawn by joining up points on snowflakes, this will suggest further that Saturn, Satan and Santa are very much one and the same.
Haha!
However I must return back to the conclusion...
This Spirit seems to be ideal in the quest for making sense of this hijack of the light and the prevalence of Saturn, the Lord of the Rings.
All of the subjects are definitely outlawed by Christianity and most Sun God Religions and when you look into them, you start to see why, because they lift the wool from our vision to reveal the deception right in front of us, those who hide in plain sight.
Now is probably the best time to begin this work, the dawning of the Age Of Aquarius, Saturn is in Libra, bringing justice back to us and the reflex current against those who have abused his blessings for so long and Uranus is in Pisces and Pluto is in Capricorn, which indicates revolution, consciousness and death of the plague of the age.
