How do you perform the enochian calls?Surely it's not a case of reading them.Is there any good books on this?

Enochian Magic is one of the more complex varieties of Western Esotericism. The system was originally developed between the years 1583 and 1608 CE, by John Dee and Edward Kelly.
Essentially, Dee and Kelly did work with entities they called Angels, who spoke to them in a unique language which forms the basis of the system.
There is abundant literature on the topic, but it is indeed complex, and not really beginner level stuff.
I would suggest that if you're having trouble casting a Circle, you might want to start with smaller steps. [geek2]
