Have you not seen any of the mainstream news stations lately? Fox? CNN? MSNBC? Yeah, its brainwashing and the shit works [lol] But no joke, between media trying to convince people the politicians are saints and justin beiber is cool..well..all I can say is media is a great example of trying to brainwash society.

I don't think it happens quite at the levels conspiracy theorists claim, but it certainly seems to be possible. Watch The Heist by Derren Brown on youtube for an example.
