Is there a way to use magick to make physical changes to your appearance, such as changing eye color?

If so, how is this done?
Just to be clear, I am not talking about glamour magick or illusion. Im talking about a physical, real change. I believe it is possible because the fact that some people have achieved telekinesis proves that the mind can affect physical matter. Changing physical features seems like a more advanced application of the same process.

I would really like to know this so if anyone has succeeded, please share how you did it!

To a certain degree. Eye color is actually possible (to a point), as eye color can be changed physically under certain conditions (strangulation has been known to cause the eye's to change color). Magic can encourage the body to do what it is capable of doing itself, yet, it cannot make a purse out of a sow's ear. Do not expect to create some drastic change in height or skin color, etc. Although, I must say not many have the ability to do so. There is a large gulf between something being theoretically possible and achieving it (even something small, such as an inch growth).

The "how" is nothing specific however. Magick has many methods of achieving a goal. In this case one could take many approaches, such as evocation of a specific ideally suited spirit as one example. Just be careful you do not receive your goal through the "accidental" means of being the victim of strangulation! A little humor there of course.

In answer to your question, I would say that if there are such means I am not aware of them. I would not yell "it's impossible" standing on my soap box but it would take some hard core and direct examples to convince me of the possibility. In my opinion, there are more practical uses for magic.

But, who knows what can happen in this holographic universe?

I agree with all of the above,... and that almost anything is theoretically possible, as LF said. Supposedly all you really need to do is believe you can, but that certainly isn't as easy as it sounds. Also such feats of actual physical change would probably only be possible by one who is already quite advanced in their spiritual progression,.. not just in this life time.. but the whole set of rounds.

This is where I question ones tool set. So many in magick ask to do things that can be done in the mundane. Magick should have at its disposal science, technology, art, craft... all facets of manifestation in the world. Too many in magick only want to get what they want thru sigils and summoning. If you could have gotten a pair of mystic colored eye lenses (contacts) 200 years ago... people would have considered it a magical feat. Use what ya got.

Yes, great points. This is very true "the magic of today is often the science of tomorrow", and what we may consider "magical" is in actuality a scientific method simply misunderstood. In fact, I do believe this, that much of what we call "magic" is indeed simply unknown aspects of "reality" (mainly the true role and impact upon reality). Magic then, and "transforming" the "physical" with "magic" may simply be a matter of semantics.

But then you have what you need already. Plastic surgery, sun bathing, inplants, tattoos, they all change your appearance, just to mention a few.
I agree with you in the believe that magick manifests in everything on this plain and that is in my eyes illusional to regard technology and scientific methods, results and evidence as something not related to magick.

I agree with what was already said about changing the appearance with "spiritual methods". I won't say it is impossible as I already read of many cases where I colour changed and nobody knew why (no known disease and the patients weren't occultists either). However, I will stay sceptical about the changes of genetically set traits. Magickal work surely can make your appearance healthier, let you look better when a lot of movement is involved as well as all other physical things will have influence on you. Working outside, moving a lot will for sure influence you in a different way then sitting the whole day inside in the library.

I did a body shaping spell on myself once. I know, lots of people try to do weight loss spells but this one actually worked. It took about 6 months to get where I wanted and then I stayed there for a few years before I undid the spell. I didn't do anything different and when I undid the spell - it stopped working.

Yes, you can change your physical appearance with magic but it does take a little bit of time. If you want it to stay that way - you need to construct the spell with a renewing power source and not undo it later.

I can't speak for the eye color deal, though as others have stated it is probably theoretically possible. When I was living in conditions where I feared for my life I was able to gain large amounts of muscle mass very quickly, and lost it once out of that situation. I did this through prayer to my higher power, with a very strong impetus due to my real life situation, that is in essence, the truest working of magick.
