Just ordered "the magick of aliester crowley"
As the title states I just ordered "The magick of Aliester Crowley the rituals of thelema" by Lon Milo Duquette. Is it any good? has anyone here read it?

One of his better books in my opinion. If it is any good you have to decide for yourself. But definitly a book one should have read when interested into the directions related to crowley.

I agree. it is a good book for those interested and in need of a good basic understanding. Good choice.

Magick of Aleister Crowley is a good introduction to Thelema. I would also recommend Abrahadabra. These two books will give you enough overview to thelemic magick and allow you to get an idea of whether you want to follow that path or not.
