LBRP
Hello, this is like my third time i did the LBRP and have a few questions
is it normal for your arms to feel heavy while evoking the four archangels? and is it normal to feel really energetic after the ritual. im not quite sure as what to expect, but my arms felt really heavy during the ritual is that even normal?

Re: LBRP
Sounds normal. Your muscles are not yet used to do all the moves.

Re: LBRP
Alright
is there anyway to know if i did it properly?

Re: LBRP
Perhaps, but Crowley was also massively full of shit most of the time. :pFrater_VP wrote:Crowley wrote that if after the ritual you feel physically exhausted and pouring sweat, that's when you know you've done it properly
I think if you're pouring sweat after doing this ritual you're probably just dangerously unfit!

Some tiredness as a beginner surely is not such a bad thing.Eremita wrote:Perhaps, but Crowley was also massively full of shit most of the time. :pFrater_VP wrote:Crowley wrote that if after the ritual you feel physically exhausted and pouring sweat, that's when you know you've done it properly

Also depending on the kind of practice
As it was mentioned somehwere before LBPR is not the whole magic, some kinds or practice are very body intense and require lots of fitness, others are more tiring for the mind then for the body. [eg]
bye bye

Re: LBRP
What I've noticed after practicing for years is that in the beginning it always feels stupid.
Like nothing is happening and you're just standing there doing nothing.
Then you start getting some results and often increase the workload.
Then it starts to be mundane. And the results feels lacking-
And that is the point where you either step up to the fucking plate and give it your all, or give up.
And if you break through that wall, it starts feeling mundane again.
And so the circle starts over.
