Seems they got bored from using ammo training on pigs and bunnies. Also, must be wasted all uncontacted tribal people in Pacific islands doing nuke probes... So they need more fans among our neighbors who are idiots!
If you lived in a poor country you'd be still spared of this kind of make-up, exclusively...

And when I say Pacific islands I'm not kidding. There's no vaster area of undiscovered islands, wider array of uncontacted more diverse and rare endemic exotic life then Southern Pacific, humans there and there. Must be. And people with nukes must be known it's perfect to test ammo on it!

They're leaving themselves WIDE open though for robot zombies.
You don't have to do a thing perfect, just relentlessly.

This is desensitizing conditioning. Remember, zombies could be your neighbors or even family members. There are elements in positions of power, who want the military to stop seeing the humanity in all people, so the soldiers and marines will be more likely to fire on American civilians. Horace Greeley wrote: You can always pay half of the poor to kill the other half." Another quote that certainly seems appropriate here was often used to direct blame on the German people for things: "People get the government they deserve."

I care only about tribal people, no Serbs, Germans, Americans, Ethiopians etc. Lower Ommo Valley, Amazon Basin, so on. Reservations too. Animals... Witches... Innu... and Jasmin St. Claire. [rofl]
