Ritual of Protection for "Introspection"

Post by alejandrocerv »

Hey folks,

I posted this under Spell Sharing as well, but I'm wondering if anybody has a practice that helps them stay safe during travels with plants like Hawaiian Baby Woodrose. I just don't want to be exposed to too dark of a place without protection, and would even more rather have the experience be an all-around positive. Are there any spells, rituals, invocations, herbs, etc. that help any of you out?

Thanks!

I don't have any spells for you, only a suggestion. Choose an item that reminds you of a happy time and pleasant memories. Small if possible, with little or simplistic emotional attachment. Something that supplies peace and grounding, but only pull it out if need be. All experience is learning and furthers your development. Be assured of your personal sovereignty, your right to explore and a background joy to life. Write down an affirmation as such on the back if applicable.
