Interesting dream, conversation with God

Post by dancing-with-dragons »

I had a dream last night in which I was at a school of some sort. All of a sudden, God Himself began talking to me in an audible voice. He was talking on the subject about a former teacher, who taught heresies and had passed away. Here's what he said " He (former teacher) did not have enough 'occult' to believe that there are three rings of fire surrounding you at all times. The first one, at the base, is the largest. He did not have enough occult to believe that when you die, you are immediately offered fish and the dead sea scrolls. He did not have enough occult to believe that hell burns with real fire"

That was the end.
The part about being offered fish and the dead sea scrolls reminds me a bit about the prophet in the old testament who ate the scroll God revealed to him.

I can't get this dream out of my mind. You thoughts are really appreciated!

Thank you
If YHVH had not of been my help, my soul had almost dwelt with Dumah.

Your inner was definitely having a chat with you there.

It's tough to say much without feeling utterly pedestrian though. Piscean symbolism is common knowledge around here. Dead Sea Scrolls probably could be an Essene reference. My mind and soul not being yours (at least in any immediate local sense) it would be like him saying that you need to have learned from the best of the age that you lived in and be up with the Cosmic play-book. Three rings of fire could be the three rings of Dion Fortune's Cosmic Doctrine albeit they'd be interlaced at 90 degrees from each other rather than being stacked horizontally. As for hell fire being real - plenty of Kabbalists/Qabalists believe in such things as the Qliphoth and the possibility descending out the bottom of the wrong Kether where the outer darkness awaits. Jacob Boehme seemed to suggest that the outer darkness was just a way of putting those who refused to live by the laws of the most high out and away from corrupting others and by distance and disconnection they grow ill because regardless of what shape their will might take - God is every fiber of their being whether they like it or not.

Really doubt I helped any but maybe my musings might at least offer some amount of mirror and extrapolation of concept.

In this life we must feed our body and our soul. When it is over Hellfire will burn away the dross.

Sounds like a simple dream bro. You'll forget about it soon enough when something else comes up to draw your attention. If it's something bigger, you will know when the time is right. In any case you shouldn't worry too much about it. These things take care of themselves most of the time. If you see god again though, ask him the deal with my boy Tupac, will ya?

Rudolph Steiner would heartily agree with something along those lines. The astral appetites tend to, per his observations, starve themselves out in what's perceived as something akin to a hellish suffering.
