That is usually how chronic / firey spirits operate. You ask for x, they require y, you agree upon it. Once the result has occurred, you then deliver what you promised, EXACTLY what you promised. Being generous also helps buil dup a relationship with these spirits.

Do not break protocol with them if you do no want whatever working you are doing through them h to not backfire.

Spirits in general (and this goes for angels and gods as much as demons and anything else) honor the honorable and respect the respectable.

They also tend to have a very...unique sense of humor, though.

Don't count on it. It depends on you and your level of maturity. It depends on the nature of the energy you're dealing with and the relationship you've developed. It also very much depends on what you ask and the way you ask. all in all, the more experienced you are, the better you'll be able to assess the nature of these questions. The BIG problem is that way too many young and inexperienced people are trying to do too much too soon. Also, way too many young and older have fallen victim of their own hubris. Sometimes it's alot harder to get out of a situation that it is to, either avoid it altogether, or to get out of it once you've stepped in some really bad arenas. So I'll draw your attention to the first sentence of this post: "Don't count on it!"

Why should they keep their promise to you.
What do you have that others don't.
Force them to keep it.
