Preserving my body
Preserving my body
I want to experiance the future that I wont be able to see. Is there a way to preseve my body then wake up when I want?
There is no Lucifer to folow, no God to obey
There is no Hell for punishment, no Heaven for reward
There are no Demons to fear, no Angels to listen
There is you and your fate
Wake up Alice
You are in Truthland.

Re: Preserving my body
Well, the first part is easy: Body preservation is an art known since thousands of years, the mummies are probably the most famous example for that. And old father Lenin smiling through his glass coffin like sweet little Snow White.
Though the problem is always the second part, the waking up.
There is also this awesome guy, an old Hambo Lama, who was burried alive and then was digged out many decades later just to be diagnosed as "living", currently over 160 years. Nobody knows how he does it though:

Nowadays it is not uncommon for rich and/or famous people to go into cryostasis and hope to be restored in a near (or distant) future. The only problem is that with our current state of technology we are not able to bring them back to life. This cryopreservation of bodies is done in the hope that one day we might be able to do so (many also suffered uncurable diseases and hope that in the future they can be cured).

So currently as far as I know you have 3 options:
1) Live a healthy lifestyle, avoid dangerous risks and with a little bit of luck you might be able to live for a long time
2) Try whatever the Hambo Lama did, maybe it works for you as well
3) Risk cryostasis if you have the money
That's the current situation according to my state of knowledge, no biological immortality....
