Somatics

Post by Larah »

Hey, I wrote this, does it make sense to you?

Somatics and magick

Purpose is to change for better, and we are a wholeness so to change ,we change our whole energy system, to transform from shape to another we need to refind to finer energies.
So methods for finer energies mean that we become who we are, we gorund the soul energies, we become the soul.
Since we have our energies and we breath constanlty the energies around us, breathwork becomes an important point. And to maximize the effect of breathing we should gather energy. To do that we could practise yoga. Yoga is good cause when you breath to your body, the breath goes to you muscles, to your system. Dance is somatic practise, to dance first is to focus on inner experience then gather energy.
To do magick we need to have healthy habits and yoga is good exercise.

If you feel like you know what i am after please contact me :) we might change information and I might need your help :)

I think I get what you are trying to say.

It's part of every system, you can look up any beginners book and find examples of it.

Regular yoga makes you stronger, more flexible, more healthy, and more aware. Somatic practice actually complement your yoga. Somatic practices can help you develop an even greater awareness of specific parts of your body, find relief from pain, and understand more fully how your body works. Somatic Movement re-awakens our inherent agility and expands our possibilities for moving effortlessly in all we do. These slow, gentle movement patterns liberate us from layers of involuntary, habitual holding patterns. These practices gives you a great relaxing experience: greater connection with yourself through the integration of body and mind.
