2 questions about sigil magick

so here's the deal i'm new to chaos magic and I'm trying to master sigil magick. I had good results the first time I did it but haven't been able to do it at all since.
I have 2 questions to ask

1) would it be possible to master sigil magick or at least help the process by having another person make a sigil for your sigil magic to work.

2)I was looking through practical sigil magic by Frater U.D

and on page 23 he talks about a death posture version 2 a milder version of death posture which seems very easy and effective but i don't really understand the description and i cant find anything else about it. does anybody understand or use this process and could explain how to use it.

sigils are primarily psychological, they are not an all mystical catch alls - for some reason sigils are thought of this way by the chaos community. so to your first question, no. it will not do anything more than you are naturally capable of , it just unlocks your mind

for the second question the death posture is over rated in my opinion, just because spare said it doesn't make it the best way
