Personal Sigil

Hi guys, i have some(pretty noob) doubts, what purpose have personal sigils?
The ones personal sigil sure are connected with him, so it would not be dangerous a magician take knowledge of the personal sigil of another magician?
What benefits one personal sigil can bring? it can work like some magick energy storage, so i can charge sigils, familiars, servitors, and other magick performs?

I think that sigil without intention is not so powerful than sigil which has been used as a tool of intention. In that sense seeing a sigil of another magician does not necessarily do anything in magical context.

To me sigil is always very personal and I only use ones I have drawn myself. That´s because only I will know the meaning of the certain sigil.

in charging it is also important to use some method, so just seeing a picture itself doesn´t yet charge it.

Let me give you two examples how sigil magic can be used. You create a personal sigil and charge it to give you strength in times of distress. So next time when you feel down and worried about a particular issue, you take that sigil and use it to recharge your mental strength. The second is pretty similar to 'Law of Attraction' activities. You create a sigil to represent a desire in your life. Then you spend some daily to meditate on it and charge it to manifest your desires. I have a feeling that this process is rather slow. It is useful for adding energy to your spellworks and enhancing goals that you are working on in mundane life that doesn't need heavy magical work.

Firstly it's not a good idea to share your sigils. It won't really work for other people or magician unless they know the meaning of the sigil and even then it takes someone with real skill to make it work. Plus it will loose power because it's your creation so you kind of halfing you power of it. This is because it was your creation, created with your mind and there in lay the true power. The power is not in the symbol/sigil but in what it means in your mind. All sigil are personal as they are created by you for you. You can create sigil for anything but you need to know how to make them work else it will be useless.

There's is no power in the sigil, it is used to activated powers within you subconsciously, without you needing to know how. It serve as a symbolic representation/puzzle for your subconscious to resolve.

I could never get sigils to work. Recently I thought to give an open minded try with the my latest training and knowledge. I banished myself and summoned my magickal self, I focused on my intent and just drew on my forehand anything that came to mind. It look like nonsense, a 2 year old scribble. I forgot about it and went to sleep. I only remembered the morning when I saw it in the shower and washed it off. The next day my intent manifested but only remember the sigil later that day and was astounded that it worked. Unfortunately the sigil wasn't structured so I couldn't reproduce it. This is the reason for all the steps, it's simply so that you can reproduce the sigil if needed again. Otherwise all the real power lies in your mind.
