understanding demon heirachy

Hi I need help understanding demon hierarchy. Can somebody please explain to me which demons are -1 humans and which are =1 humans (who are above in rank and who are below). Can we only make pacts with demons ranked lower than us? If so can I please get help with this? I need a demon who has a good reputation dealing with humans and one that I can make a pact with for money. Thanks.
