When you feel like you're having a hard time "breathing"...

1.) Apply pressure to any part of your body that you feel will help you breath better.
2.) Apply ice to any part of your body that you feel will help you breath better.
3.) Massage any part of your body that you feel will help you breath better.
4.) Make a tight fist, and if that doesn't work... make your fist tighter.
5.) Have someone scare you or make you laugh.
6.) Get an empty bag and close it with a rubber band and then put in a freezer for several minutes, N' After you feel enough time has passed... take it out of the freezer and remove the rubber band and place it on your mouth and breath in the cold air and then exhale back into the cold bag.
