Megami Tensei

Post by DarkSchneider »

Does anyone like these games? I'm fond of Digital Devil Saga and Shin Megami Tensei 3:Nocturne, aswell as the first Shin Megami Tensei game on SFC.

The themes of the game generally revolve around technology and the power of spiritual beings, with you being cast in the middle. Generally, you decide whether to side with the forces of God, or Lucifer. Or you can follow your own neutral path. However, siding with God or Lucifer is not necessarily about Good and Evil. They're simply two opposing forces with their own values and goals.

The series includes the Persona games, which I've not tried yet personally, but they are very reputable games. :)

Always keep the wider historical and social picture in mind. That is an important key to both Lesser and Greater Magic. See the patterns and fit things together as you want the pieces to fall into place. Do not be swayed by herd constraints—know that you are working on another level entirely from the rest of the world." -Anton LaVey

Of course, but I think you'd be better off ordering off of amazon. The games of the PS2 generation should seem suitable and they're very affordable. You can by a game in the series for about $15.

I'll inbox you some info.
