their imagination runs wild, and they end up later collapsing in frustration and failure.
to combat this, one must make sure that before he make any attempt in magical working, he must have plenty of outdoor activities, physical excercise, social interaction, and emotional satisfaction.
And only then, he can begin to study and research the Great Work of Magick.
