Wheneverver something is supposed to occur,
And then gets temporarily "stuck" somehow,
I visualize it happening the way it is supposed to occur.

And it seems to work almost every time,
Unless I get too excited - or put too much thought into it.

For example:

When I am on facebook on my phone,
And I swipe (UP) to see what's at the bottom of my social timeline - sometimes the app freezes for a minute - sometimes longer.

So I get impatient and I will visualize the God of this universe,
The mind that hosts our dreamality or reality - W/E,
Visualizing my phone "working".

I visualize [God] visualizing - me - swiping (UP) on my phone's screen while I am on facebook - without error,
While simultaneously visualizing a copy/clone of myself on the earth within the universe of my mind in a replica of my house sitting on a replica of my couch in the same exact position in the living room doing the same thing.

In my mind - I am visualizing my inner self and God - the "higher" being - accomplish a task without error - that was supposed to occur,
Both at the same time,
While feeling as if it already happened.

And it seems to work.

The only problem is,
I believe you cannot use this to make something happen out of thin air like in the harry potter movie series,
But help something occur,
Help something finish its task.

It is my "hunch" that when something is frozen on your phone or comouter or T.V. - and you use this technique in attempt to help it occur,
And it doesn't work,
That's probably because it actually is no longer in a potential state to where it has chance of occuring,
And is literally stuck.

I am guessing the reason why is because there is a difference between a [glitch] in the code that is forcing that error to occur,
And a state of temporary "confusion" that the computer or device is experiencing because of a ram space issue,
Or temperature issue,
E.T.C.
