What are your thoughts on: "Spoon Bending"?

4.) If it is possible, Which energy should you channel into it?,
Yin Chi? or Yang Chi?

I know that if I can manipulate a truconnect's touch screen with two pennies on it - I have potential to go down this: "Spoon Bending Path" - Right? x.x

All I do is place my finger near the screen in between the two copper pennies and induce a feeling in my finger and voila! - My energy interacts with it!

What's going on with that phone experiment is this:
I placed two pennies on the haptic touch sceen and the screen was acting as though the two pennies were fingers,
So the screen is being stimulated by the copper pennies.

I enabled "show touches" so that I could see where the activity was happening - and the circle that appeared was already there,
But the circle was either under one of the two pennies or outside of the pennies.

When I placed my finger near the center and increased electrical activity in my finger - it attractd the circle as if I touched the center of the screen.

I want to be able to do more impressive things...

It's exhilarating!

John Chang says that his negative output is the area underneath his sac...

And that his positive is his solar plexus.

And he says that when he channels those two energies together - he gets something similar to electricity...

Okay so,
I know how to experience and direct: "Yin Chi" - Energy,
But...
I just cannot seem to grasp the idea of: "Yang Chi" - Energy,
Because I do not know what it feels like,
I only known what Yin Chi feels like,
And so do y'all...

For example,
This is what Yin Chi feels like:
1.) Close your eyes and visualize a finger pointing at the back of your neck.
2.) Visualize it as though it were: [1] Centimeter away from touching your neck.

If you felt a glow of a ticklish or goosebumps sensation on the back of your neck,
Then congratulations,
That's the feeling that I can only hold for: (30) seconds,
Control the amplitude of,
And flex - as well as guide it to any part of my body.

It's so easy to manifest: "Yin Chi",
But for some reason - It is hard manifesting: "Yang Chi".

I want to be able to produce an energy similar to what J.C. produces.

I just do not know what the next step is. ~
