What Do Different Brainwaves Mean

A new video from this great channel, and on top of that; something that kinda concerns us that are working with different states of mind and altered states.
I wanted to include this video on this site, because we do hear about these different brainwaves, but usually it's garbled in with some new age mess and misinformation. Here we get a more straight answer to what they are and what they do.

Everyone should already know this.

They should also invest in eeg headsets to learn about themselves and experiment.
