Book of the Morning Star?

Greetings Brethren and Fellows,

A friend of mine once mentioned to me a book known as 'The Book of the Morning Star'. I was intrigued by what he said and I have been searching for it for several months, but to my dismay, my results are minimal.

Does anyone have any idea what it is or what it contains?

Greetings SatsUrn,

Funny you should ask that, the thing that actually intrigued me the most was the fact that the BoMS played such a prevalent and important role in my friends story, yet he did not care to expand on it at all. He did not bother to explain what it was or its origins, just merely the fact that he mentioned it seemed enough for him.

too many titles, too many deias claim the morning star, like almost all of them. I thought you could be a little more specific. But really the best place would be a Brother or Sister of the Morning Star to assist you. There are "Morning Star Temples" so I see absolutely no reason or problem with you finding out what you need to know.

Isn't The Morning Star the meaning of the name Lucifer? The angel that supposedly rebelled against God?

Lucifer, the father of Ceyx. Lucifer only translates to "Light Bringer." The reason I mention Ceyx is because I do not want to cause confusion as too many claim this title. The Lucifer I speak, most we know are the Amores, Loves, Marriages, Romances, and what happens when we lose sight of those we really love. Basically these are just tragic love stories. The Bible however invents to inspire hatred, so these ancient stories of Love and Marriage are replaced by negative connotatoins to induce fear. But than again, the bible has to use these fears and titles on anything and everyone they want hidden. There are many! Why? And there were a lot of rebellions. Rebeling against what?

Well, as far as I know, Lucifer attempted to take the Throne of God himself. He was envious that God made his son equal to him and thought that he should have that honour, for he was supposedly favoured among the angels.

Thanks Daviszko. We are talking about different Deities, that is why I included Ceyx/Ceyix to avoid confusion. And though many will disagree with me, You are not off topic, since all communications lead eventually to truths so your views and knowledge are well appreciated. I am talking about pre-christian deities. (older than 3,000 years ago) However, John identifies Hesus/Jesus as the Morning Star in the book of Revelations, so he too claims Morning Star status. This is what I mean by many Deias claim this title/name.
